Meet the Founder
Chevelle is a passionate social work practitioner and community leader dedicated to empowering families to thrive. As the founder of Kinship Values, she brings together her professional expertise and lived experience to create safe, inclusive spaces where families can heal, grow, and reconnect.
With degrees in Social Work and Criminology, Chevelle is uniquely positioned to understand behaviours, identify specific needs, and design interventions that foster positive change. Her insight into family dynamics and social systems allows her to provide compassionate, evidence‑based support that helps families build resilience and lasting connection.
Paired with a background in family support, intervention, and community development, Chevelle has built Kinship Values on the belief that every family has the capacity to transform challenges into opportunities. Her work champions compassion, dignity, and collaboration — helping parents and children strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and celebrate resilience.
Chevelle’s vision is simple yet powerful: to see families flourish through connection, creativity, and care. Whether she’s leading a workshop, mentoring practitioners, or designing community programmes, her approach remains rooted in empathy and empowerment.
Through Kinship Values, Chevelle continues to inspire families and professionals alike — proving that with the right support, every family can find its rhythm, rebuild its bonds, and rise together.
Trends fade. Our work doesn’t. With creativity, strategy, and real heart, we shape ideas that leave a lasting impact.
